If you love anime and action figures, then this is the store for you. They have got a wide variety of cool bags and toys... Even Voltron is here. Located very close to the PVRK center and Reel cinema, it is unmissable

It is a disaster shop , they sold me a broken item ,they are rude on the phone, they treat customers like dogs , your staff is horrible, this is a horrible shop

Bad customer service, i can't believe they are still companies that offer No refund for unopened returned items in 2019. Really disappointed, it makes the company seem greedy and once they take your money, they won't let go. Although I spoke to the store manager and to be fair he was polite, but like robots they can't do anything to satisfy their customers, I got a credit note for my return, which most probably will not use or shop there EVER again, I used to buy pop protectors from them but now I'll buy elsewhere mostly likely order it from the states will be half what they charge anyway. I am a small business owner, and my top priority is customer service, when my customers return items for a refund, we refund them no questions asked and guess what 80% of them end up buying something else and leave with a smile on their face. Not writing this for any response or action to be taken. Writing this for customer to be 100% sure they want the item they are getting, and know they are most likely paying double for it.
