Although the doctors are knowledgeable. It is extremely difficult booking an appointment and often times I have shown up on time and have waited over 30 minutes for my own appointment. Also due to their limited availability, I was unable to complete my treatment and was not given a refund.

Dr Lanalle was not helpful at all and I wasted a lot of money and time seeing her for absolutely nothing. It was a very frustrating process during my illness.

Dr. Yang is incredible and the only reason why I am still a patient. Getting an appointment is like pulling teeth and the staff doesn’t seem to be interested in assisting patients at all! Gotta call several times to be assisted and even then it’s like they are doing me a favor. The staff changes every few weeks and feedback doesn’t seem to be appreciated at all. During treatments it’s noisy and the admin staff gossips loudly. I have mentioned this several times. I have no idea who the management is but I would love to give my feedback as otherwise it is such a lovely clinic which should have a higher standard of admin services.

Quite a bad service. The doctor herself is great but I’ve never experienced such bad after service from the nurses. The nurses were purposely ignoring emails, inventing excuses not to send me my test results for weeks and ignored me when I tried to re-schedule a consultation after my test results. It was a waste of my time, spent weeks chasing them and asking them for my results and for them to sign my insurance papers (which I still have not gotten after 2 months). Very unprofessional, would only recommend of you have 3-4 weeks of your time to waste. I never write any reviews but had to be said for this!!

They were very helpful and looked after me during the whole process; clarifying and explaining everything in details. I was assisted really well by their staff, beyond my expectations; they really go the extra mile. I I have done a colonic therapy, the doctor was really explaining everything and reinsured me on many levels. I have also received several treatments from doctor Lanalle and I can say she is the best, I have received an IV therapy, she also treated me with the KST Technic and many more, it was perfect and help me in many ways . It's was very effective. I would definitely recommend the Chiron clinic and doctor Lanalle to family and friends.

It is one of a kind in Dubai and truly serves to focus on the health of the whole being rather than just treating symptoms of illness. Counselling, natural therapies, diet management, allergy treatment, meditation, are but a few of the modalities that are used here to help people to take charge of their own health and to bring positive change to their lives.

Dr Lanalle is an amazing professional doctor who has helped me to heal myself on many levels..... physically and emotionally. Following years of suffering from depression and anxiety, I now can live confidently and happily on a daily basis following the counciliing and functional medical techniques that I have received from Dr Lanalle. Having suffered from a serious episode of bronchitis for 5 months with no effective results from conventional medical treatments and repeated antibiotics and steroids, the alternative and functional treatment protocol that Dr Lanalle set for me, brought rapid and complete recovery. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Her clinic is a sanctuary of peace and calm, like no other I have ever been to. Along side Dr Lanalle her team of experienced professional Drs and therapists support her and her work. In particular Dr Zhong is an extremely experienced acupuncturist and has also helped me hugely on a weekly basis to balance my health from a Chinese Medicine point of view. On some occasions I have also visited Dr Zain, an equally professional, supportive, caring and experienced Doctor.
