I love this venue. We have our monthly meetups there for our healthy lifestyle products. The hotel is lovely. The staff are friendly and courteous and we always leave feeling absolutely pumped. By the way, all the drinks in these pics are made with juice and our vegan powders.

Very good view food tasty
As per the reservation, we got a seat with a good view of the business bay channel and buildings. What's good..? Nice view with ambiance. Average tasty food. Good choice of drinks with reasonable price. Very good Shisha. What's not good..? The seats are not that comfortable. There is no back support. So, can't sit for a long time. If you are planing to sit long, ask for a seat @shesha area. There we can find good comfortable seats for sit long. The service is not at all good. I waited for 15-20 minutes to place an order. There was a lady waiter (I know her name and race, but I don't want to disclose), she was very rude some how. I just ask for some tissue paper (2 times) and nothing for 30-40 min. Then finally I asked to one other guy, he was very helpful. Also, she was keeping other table empty dishes and bill books to our table and not showing any manners. So, please give some proper training to the staff. Anyway, after a few hours we shifted to the sheesha area. The staffs there are really helpful and friendly. Not like before. One other negative is, few times they served Hoegaarden on some other glass. It's not a big issue. But it's not good for a 5 star hotel standard. We spend more than 5hr's here.I would recommend someone who wants to enjoy the ambiance and drinks. And believe they will improve there standers.
First and foremost, the place is amazing! Great view! Great Food! But most of all the people working here renders superior hospitality. Very friendly, accommodating, helpful and gives out their best smile ever. They assisted us to our seats and the guided us about the new dishes they have. Amazing crew Julie, Jeff and John!!! :D they are full of enthusiasm and helpfulness !!!Amazing food! :D
The place has a really nice view and outdoor seating for the winter time. Different thing going on every night like Wednesday ladies night. Urban Thursday was not good cause the DJ is terrible. A few oldies every now and then is cool and all but not all 90s songs. Plus in a “club” I don’t want to hear the entire song, you have to mix it up a bit. Drink options are fine I guess but kind of limited. Snack options are good.

Went along with friends for weekend eve and I would rate it as " just okay". No wow factor is there to drag you back to The backyard. Regarding the seating- if you intent to stay longer, make sure that you book the shisha area only, since the seats in non- shisha area doesn't have any back support and it will hurt your back if you sit long hours in that. Not comfy at all. Music - First of all this is place doesn't look like a dance bar. Even then the music was too loud that we need to scream at each other to have some chit chat. Never get a seat near to the speaker's. DJ was just okay. Food - Only dish that I liked is Crispy Beef. Other than that, the thai menu doesn't reflect the ambience of backyard and doesn't complement the authenticity of the cuisine too. Overall passable snack menu options in terms to food. By the way the quantity of beef was large and it's a good snack order for group. Same with Chicken balls too. Staff - Tell that south east asian lady staff to atleast smile at the clients and let her know that we are paying from our pocket for the expenses, not for free. Someone just also remind her that, she doesn't own the place, since her rude attitude reflect that way. Aside from here everyone was nice and chill. Recommendation - Passable one item visit.
Went for the Thai Fest and it was nice Thai food but I think it was too expensive. Overall was a good hangout spot.
