I purchased a Ford from this place and Nozim took the time to explain everything I wanted to know about the car and about the process. All people there are very attentive and also customer oriented. They also helped me to do the banking stuff and I did not have to go to the bank to do anything from my end. Let's see how the car goes but my overall experience was really nice.

Pathetic service. Told me on phone to come and see the car. After driving 30mins and coming. They indicate it's in another branch. And they laugh at you for the mistake. Simply absurd customer care.

I am having the worst experience with this company. Purchased a car, made all the payments and they simply don't release the vehicle. The salesperson (Naveed) is non responsive and will not release the vehicle. Almost 3 weeks now! I would no recommend this showroom to anyone.

yes, thers is worst customer service, make fake promises before you buy. once you enter the showroom and paid any deposit you never get back. they will not provide any refund. they put pressure on you to buy the car, once you paid. documents works are very slow.
