Worst courier service ever!! No update on delivery, Super delay delivery, No customer value, very unprofessional, Had to wait 6 minutes for somebody to answer calls. Simply no other words can describe their service. WORST!
Quick delivery but the delivery guy asked for AED 2 at the end. I asked what for and he said its for his tip. Since when do delivery companies solicit tips?

Very Good Service, Quick and Economic Delivery, Very Polite Customer Service. After reading the reviews here, I had a doubt to use this Service, but then decided to try them the first time and then a second time, both to send documents from Abu Dhabi to Dubai. Called them afternoon, the collection was next day morning, and the delivery was the day after. They also have Tracking number that can be used online for Tracking. It's more likely that upset people hurry to put negative comments wherever they can, while happy people don't all take the extra step of adding their comments. I'm actually adding this comment few weeks after the 2nd delivery. I will definitely use them again. Wishing them all the best in these difficult times.
