I had very bad experience with this courier they didn't deliver as per schedule time. I call many times the customer service center but they are not taking any action and only responding that please wait and we are checking with the delivery guys. It's a bad service I ever experienced.
Its very bad service my shipment date is 30.1.21 but now I can't recieved shipper . One time I complained in tcs office but not any response......?

I was supposed to receive a package on November 1. When I call the main number I receive a message that the line is busy. When I call the number from which I received a call to inform me my package would be delivered on the 1st, I receive a message stating the call center number has changed. When I call the new number, it doesn’t ring then the call fails. Absolutely horrid customer service.
Reliable courier service. Delivered my documents in Pakistan within time, even during COVID-19 pandemic when there are few flights available. But I will rate it 3 star. As u can't track it online where it has reached. During the whole duration every time it was saying \in transit\ until It was delivered.
