Im very dissapointed about the timings..6am the gym is not will open..i all ready 1 hour waiting outside the gym..

You guys will not believe what ive witness inside of this gym. A argument between 2lady who r working in that gym and a couple Whatever the issue is,i think this 2 workers are not trained enough on how to deal with costumers! Instead of fighting n shouting at your costumer better call your manager to fix it! Remember COSTUMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT They are paying for your good service ! Hopefully the management are aware in what happened ! You might loose your costumers.

As i joined for three months, we had such a terrible experience ever from having a bad smell, no Ac, using electric fan instead, always crowded, lack of cleanliness, you will always find a greasy disgusting handles of machines - dumbbells- chairs . I called the manager many times but no action regards.

The staff not friendly at all, even the coach there they are not approaching customer with prober way, and they are very high nose, I am not recommended

I dont recommend this gym ! Me and my 3 friends decide to go in this gym as we had a discount coupon !! But guess what ??! I went alone to check and This small lady in the front desk DONT KNOW HOW TO COMPUTE DISCOUNTED AMOUNT. My god how ignorant ! We decided not to go here! To Mr. Hamad reply for his comment. They better ask the manager and leave the worker ! Workers are partners in crime they will cover everyone of them just for their work! Only CCTV will be the solution! Change for a smart and frendly front desk persons.
