Good first experience. The staff were helpful and keen to get feedback. Apparently they plan to get more shipments of tamil focused items to stock their shop. New outlet opening in Discovery Gardens apparently.

When we enter the shop, 2 cute dolls wearing mask and standing with hand sanitizer welcomes us, which was really impressive. This shop provides most of the stuffs used in a typical Tamil household. It has items starting from flowers, garlands for home temple, temple items like dhoop sticks, camphor, deepam oil, wick for lamp, Pooja utensils. There was utensils with stainless steel and also made up of clay pots. There is a small portion where they have things for ladies like bindi, kajal, stickers, rubber bands kind of stuffs. They also had fruits and vegetables, green leaves and other grocery items including cold pressed oils, sweets and snacks from Tamil Nadu. There is an interesting portion in the shop which had all village style snacks(they said 90’s kids snacks), which was called as mittai kadai. The prices are also nominal here. Also, the shop was little spacious when compared to most other similar shops. Overall , I enjoyed shopping at this place.

Too expensive & poor quality in karama. fresh flowers are better in perumal stores . Native food like oil, Rice varieties are better in Tamil Sandhai.

Well spaced shelves. A bit expensive stuff but then you have to pay premium for home stuff
