Excellent Idea for Visa Renewal for Domestic Workers under one Roof

Arrived at 7:30pm, was told could not be seen as was short staffed, so told to come the next day. Arrived 8.05am, to renew maids visa even though had all the paper work, well im still sitting here, its 11am, not sure who I am waiting for, as I have been told I have to wait for someone to come and process the visa.. so ill just sit and wait.. and wait.. and wait... mean while the meter is ticking.. and u can only stay outside for 4hours which means another visit... which means another wasted half day visit I presume... Was this process supposed to be more efficient because I dont think it actually is...
I came here searching for this place. it doesnt exist here. the phone is disconnected too.
