Today, 06th November, I went to superdry store in outlet mall dubai at 21:40. There was no sign for closing at the door. However, as soon as we entered the storekeeper came and informed us that she's closing soon. We assumed we still have a few minutes and started looking. Within 2 minutes she informed us she is closing the machine for payments and we left the store at 21:43. FYI all the other stores were still open and welcoming. In my openion you give some time if the customer is already in the store or you can indicate at the door if its up for closing. Infact on google the closing time shows 10pm. So why were we asked to leave the store indirectly 18 mins before closing time. This was an awful experience and definitely not expected from Superdry staff.

I bought a t-shirt from your outlet store today, I came to my hotel and discovered the t-shirt had holes everywhere its gonna be such a mission to return it cause I am heading home on Tuesday.
