19:27\u003eordered received, email confirmation 20:22\u003estarted calling for follow up “where is my order? and its 20:40 now and still no food. branch number - called 6 times if not more, nobody answers call centre agent - zero customer service suggested he will cancel the order, zero customer service for both branch and call centre lets hope the call centre agent manages to return the kenji points... after all, just waited for my food for over an hour, nobody is even confirming they have cancelled it. do not download app or use app - nonsense. do not order for delivery - you will starve do not attempt to ask for help via call centre - zero customer management skills do not call branch number - nobody picks up

This is how rotten my sushi was delivered by sumo and zomatoe if you want to die of food poisoning order from sumo and dont bother asking zomatoe for help if Sumo never answers a call be brave people turn your sushi around dont just assume it is fresh

Good value for money, especially the Bento Boxes. The quality of food has been consistent over the years, so no complaints there. Only complaint would be tight seating arrangement and parking. There is some parking in the back but not dedicated to Sumo and mostly reserved spots for others, so it can be a hassle.
