Worst Customer Service I seen in my 9 Years Dubai Work Experience. They give Fake Promises / Commitments. When there is an Problem they don't know how to support and solve. They will tell will solve within 30 Mins we waited more than 13 Hours which they did not solved problems instead they stopped replying back to our what's app messages and attending Phone Calls. I never seen such an unprofessional and irresponsible peoples in this industry so far. I am not sure how DU chosen them as their service provide because of their worst behavior it is affecting DU's Service Level. Before dealing with them all the companies has to think. They kept our delivery Team out of communication for whole one day and still they are unable to solve the issues.

This company is so irresponsible. Will talk sweetly before the business deal. Then they put you hanging with job half done.The staff will go absconding.Will not answer your calls.Our business will get affected.
