Very bad service. It took time to attend the call and once answered the phone the person on other line are rude and he seems like he is irritated the way he talked and the way he is answering my concerns. dont have best practice on how to attend a call in a nice way. No phone etiquette. Approval will take more than an hour. Too worst.
