Nice staff and packing team, price is ok, but they said Air freight but hope its moving via sea. Also they change the promised time any time. You will get reply for shipment update. 1 is its under customs clearance and 2 is its on the way to segregation point from somewhere else in India

Cargo sent before 3 months still they don't deliver it. Not responding properly. guys pls dont this fake cargo service.
Worst service, no proper coordination/update with customers regarding status of the shipment, whenever we call they always telling today , tomorrow, day aft tmrw.......... almost two month completed my cargo is not delivered yet, from Dubai to Tamilnadu by air cargo, they told me within 20 to 25 days it will be delivered.. have to follow up always, no proper updates. They have same reason, customs problem. If you know there will be a problem then why you are agreeing for 20 to 25 days, better say don’t know the exact time after customs only it can be delivered. For business they will commit anything, after that they will not care even you call 100 times.
they say Air cargo, but i think they are using Boat service till india. Very slow, they commit 1 month delivery, but it takes two months, 3 months and so on, god knows when they will delivery. see the screen shot of my parcel, send from sharjah on 16th July, today is 26th Aug. No response from there guys. I have tried contacting every office here as well as India. all they say is tomorrow, 2 days, 3 days after. God knows when??
