I had the team from Sports Planet come over to dismantle, move and reassemble our treadmill. The service we received was impeccable and super professional. I call a few places before confirming them and they’re rates were competitive and their service quick (next day booking). The technician that we had brought his own tools, wore a mask the whole time and worked as quietly as possible because my daughter was napping in the room! I would definitely book Sports Planet again for a maintenance service for our treadmill when it’s due. Highly rated.

We purchased from Sports planet a home a global home Multigym with press leg machine and an ab crunch bench with the weight plates. The service was amazing starting from the sales support (Mr, Zaheer answered all our questions with regards to both machines even after his working hours are done) to the technician team who came and installed the machine. The technical team who spent almost 3 5 hrs installing machines worked quietly without a break, were very clean, and wore properly double mask and gloves all the time . I highly recommend sports planet and definitely will buy from them again.

If I would only give negative stars rating I would do that.... One of the worse organization I've ever encountered with worse customer service. If customers face of the company treat customers in such manner saying look for other company if you can't wait... Then I wonder where the company's future heading to... At least have the courtesy to inform the client about the delay time and how long do they have to wait before passing such comments...

We are grateful for the quick response and delivery along with the brilliant customer service. We were not expecting such promptness due to COVID-19. They kept us informed of when the delivery was arriving and kept in contact throughout until we received the bike. The assembly staff were very helpful and courteous too.
