WORST PLACE TO LIVE!!! Construction going on non-stop! Even on Friday 8am!!! Impossible to rest in that community, trucks up and down all day long! If you want to live in a quiet place... do not look here... maybe in 5 years.. but now... take my advice... go somewhere else

Place where I had lived some of my memories. Located at the city of Dubai, Sobha Hartland Contracting LLC are the trust worthy constructor and a Real Estate developer. They have residential and commercial buildings with basement parkings available. The quality of construction is absolutely great where in they have got a procedure of checking the construction with the Engineers, Managers, Consultants and the clients. Ask me more for more information.

Very confusing directions to visit this centre from any road. Be it oud metha, al khail or meydan. Its like snakes and ladders. Nice Hospitality by staff. Projects are expensive per sq.ft comparing to other competitors in market

Good construction developer but they have the worst management you will ever see, management and sales units hv an serious issues will definitely effect the future development its sad to see such a sys and behavior from good brand Advise to owners , your construction and buildings give an value, sales will happen because of that not because of your sales strategy or sys, plz earn market loyalty from transparency not from brand name
