Cafeteria Style Food, we ordered a few some days back from here and really enjoyed them. Received a timely delivery with well-packed food items that we got from here. Tried out 2 different sandwiches and a Burger. They were all quite good and Snack Wrap is now definitely one of the cafeterias I would opt for if I m ever looking for a quick delivery.

Snack Wrap is that delicious next door quick bite eatery on the neighbourhoods of Abu Hail. Set in a cosy vibe, this scrumptious eatery is a part of the famous Biriyani outlet Mr Biriyani. I have tried Chicken Shawarma(4/5), Beef Shawarma (5/5), Kabab Dana Sandwich (4/5), Chicken Fajita Sandwich (4/5), Chicken Wrap Sandwich (4/5), French Fries (5/5), Karak Tea (5/5), and Chicken Mexicana Shawarma (5/5). The service was quick, and the staffs were friendly. I would definitely love to go back soon.
This is a nice quick snack spot. We came here as part of a blogger event. They have bar stools which are to theme and are focused on deliveries as well as quick bite dine ins. We tried a variety of wraps from chicken, beef shawarma, kabab dhana sandwich, chicken fajita sandwich, chicken Mexican sandwich, fries and matka tea as well. Our favorite was the chicken mexicana and the chicken shawarma. Service was also quick and overall its a good and affordable joint.

Tried out their special wraps and shawarmas with a hot madka chai which I love to have alongs with the snacks . Meat shawarma was delicious , but does not come close to the chicken one.Wrap platter was of very good size and great value for money Also it’s good for grab and go Staffs were very accommodating Thankyou Snack wrap for hosting us Thankyou John for the invite .
I tried prawn soup, jumbo prawn bryani, lemon muhito , rasmalai dessert. All taste good. I really like the decoration, very lovely. Friendly staff although they need to be trained more on food details and its content.
Extremely one of the worst experience ever i faced with this restaurant . 1-unprofessional staff 2-Bad managment 3-not qualified manpower that is capable to take calls or understand the order. Lack of management followup for cusotmer satisfaction. I have placed an order through talabat and after a while my order got canceled due to location not supported meanwhile recieved a call from the restaurant mentioning that my order is ready and driver is on his way .after 1 hr driver calls and ask about location then recieved a call from manager stating that its far he wont deliever . Skipping the whole story after 3 hrs my order got deleiverd through a taxi which was super super super cold like frozen food and un eatable which ended up paying good amount of money .raised a complain and the manager convinced me that the owner malik is not available in the shop . I will grant you with a new fresh order by tomorrow which is on the shop and will be delieverd to ur door steps.called them today shockley the same manager ahmad replied that if i can visit to collect as they are busy now and driver wont deliever to my area.wow super professional way of retaining customers.
