Staffs were responsible and good at work. But their employer did not even provide them with a ladder or the needed equipments for cleaning. Two staffs were send for 2 hours (DHS 160) empty handed. When enquired it was said an extra to pay for cleaning solution,vacuum cleaner, ladder not available etc. Should have informed about this earlier during booking time. Thanks

Their customer service over the telephone is so poor and it is a shame that they hire incompetent people to manage their bookings since their cleaning is actually okay. They took almost 3 hours to respond t message and over the phone , the man was extremely rude and did not provide any solution to my request of scheduling a slot. They just lost a loyal customer for that ! Im sure many better alternatives out there and no need to stress myself to book with such low-class operator
