I went to complain about someone who stole my money and ckaimed that he is a police. I asked the police who s just walking around and informed about my situation but told me to just talk to the person who took my money and No need to complain. That is ridiculous. He did not even bother to ask who and how.

I couldn't find any information about visiting hours on the website, so I went to visit my friend on my first off (Friday), the officer from the reception was using his phone and didn't pay much attention, he told me that ' it is not allowed see or give anything at all, visiting day is only Monday (9am to 12pm) and to give anything, only Wednesday( 9am to 12pm), even though I explained him that my friend was there since Monday without anybody visiting him. When I came out of the Station, one gentleman asked me when did they tell me to visit, turns out he was told that visiting day is Tuesday, and I was told Monday, so when we went back to clarify, we were told that Monday for Female visitors and Tuesday for male visitors. The clear information should have been given from the beginning. And I went on Monday again, and they told me that he had been transferred to other place as it is not allowed to stay there more than 2 days. I was the only one who could help him in terms of giving few money to make phone call or extra clothes or important documents, but it was too difficult to help or get any information. when i went to pay the fine, the prosecutors were so nice and helpful. Suggestions: 1.it would have been better if important information such as visiting hours,etc. had been updated clearly in the website( may be I just didn't find it). 2. it would be nice if they allow first visitor any time, so that it would be easier for the customers

Extremely unbearable procedure.My husband was arrested and sentenced without even being given a chance to provide proof.My husband was not even informed about what was happening to him even up till now.He has been sentenced yet believes he's coming home today. I had went to the police station multiple times sitting there for hours being told he wasn't there although he was.the service and system is terrible.I do not plan on leaving this matter or handling it lightly and hope we can make it easier for people in the future.

ALL THE POLICE IN MURAQQABAT IS VERY KIND AND HELPFUL/ from police /investigation/officer/ prosecutor/judge/court/jail officer/ cashier/im really scared as im a lady coming there to fix and solve the credit card issue for my fiancee stephane jacob but i feel welcome as they treat me very KINDLY even its ramadan time . in 1 day they help me to solve the case. I THANK YOU ALL FOR HELPING ME OUT I DNT REMEMBER ALL THEIR NAMES. SIR YASSIR PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR AND ALL PEOPLE ROOM 6/7 upstairs / ALL IN PROSECUTOR AREA EVEN IM NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER THEY STILL HELP ME OUT.. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING and patience to me until the end they assist me on everything and help me assist me. may allah bless you always. thank you so much al muraqqabat police station. and CID DUBAI MAIN HEADQUARTERS.
