Products are good and of good quality, woods used are durable and strong especially in the bunk bed. Design was followed as per our requirement. My daughter was really happy with the design and outcome of the bunk bed which is really nice. Although the cabinet with mirror was not properly fixed as there was big gap / space between two doors and you can also see gap from the top. Plywood at the back of the cabinet was also not fixed properly as there were few areas almost opening up. Also, communication and treating their customers properly could be improved. They should have informed their customers beforehand and explain the details if the item could not be delivered on time. They should also respect the request and time of the customers and do not keep on giving excuses and ignoring messages and calls. They're very responsive during your inquiry, however, no proper communication and very late responses and call when you are expecting your items - I need to keep on following up and chasing them. Hope this improves and treat customers with care. Hope that your staff will be more committed and provide proper customer service.

We were looking for custom made bed according our requirement( king size on bottom and single bed on top with additional customizations). We tried many places and no one was ready to make that design. Finally we reached Smart homes. They pointed out the small mistakes we had in our design and really made it happen. They came home took messurements to confirm everything. I have to say they are really specialist in custom making furnitures, the bed and the matress is of great quality and they delivered on time..Great job guys.
