Too cold, gloves are must, its better to have them beforehand gloves and locker are not included in general ticket and are expensive at the counter although boots and winter wear(no pockets) are included. Fun rides, penguins and snow play. Staff is very helpful. rides are bouncy better take hold of your belongings.

I took my friends from Fujeirah to Ski Dubai in October. Even though we are adults we loved the fun at the Snow Park. The place is so impressive!!! Then we had a ski lesson. We loved it so much that we enrolled for a course. Our instructors are great! We enjoy learning this sport a lot!!! We ski from the high slope after 5 lessons already, getting better! The service is excellent: skis and clothes are provided!

Lines move slow when getting your gear.. but the experience is fun .. plan for at least 4 hours. They provide gloves, snow suite and boots. So u don't have to worry too much about carrying stuff u do need light warm clothing under the suite

Is it a must? Probably yes if you are not into a budget trips. For about 50 you have unlimited access to the park and its attractions except for the ski (2 hours) but you won't spend more than 1 hour if you are alone and maybe 2 hours if you have kids. The level of them slope for them is expert but as a standard skier, you manage to ski on the blue slope in europe, you will be able to go there without any trouble. The suit, socks, shoes and ski are included. You have to pay an extra for gloves. They don't provide helmet or goggles.

An absolutely lovely place and a fun-filled place for Everyone whether it is couples or a family. Kids and adults would love this place and it is a nice change from the scorching heat of the Middle East

Amazing experience, especially during Christmas Season when a meeting with Santa is a must. Kids enjoyed the snow and slides, the hot chocolate and pancakes. We will definitely be back to take some snowboarding classes! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!

I was here in 2008. It was really fun. What a great idea. I wish they would build one in Florida. I would love to go back. Dubai is pretty amazing. I was first there in 1993. There was basically noting there. I did see a camel.

Wow what an experience, seriously missed the snow from the UK but we got our fix here. The facilities are excellent organised and clean. Note you can't go to the large ski lodge on the basic ticket has we been told that we would of bought the other tickets. Also they insist u buy a ski hat and gloves but you don't need the hat if your use to the cold. The sledge stuff is great for kids and seeing penguins made there day. The bumper cars were not working unfortunately. But I will definitely try again with some ski lessons on the slope next
