Amazing hotel with the awesome view of sheikh zayed road and the world trade center. Room service is great. Kind and supportive staff. Very nice rooms in a very reasonable prices. Highly recommended

The hotel standards are great BUT the business centre is outdated with its services, the quality of the computers, printers and even staff. I stayed here a few weeks ago and remember that my biggest frustration was waiting for their computers to warm up. It would take about 20 minutes to open google, the it would freeze every few minutes and even after speaking to IT staff, they seem irritated and said its not their problem that computers are 5 years old. Now this is a concern for a 5 star hotel in Dubai to have a business centre that's almost zero functional. We often travel through Dubai and every time I went to Sheraton Grand Hotel business centre, many other guest had the same frustration. Also the printer never has paper, ink is used and needs replacing and this we faced every one of our 4 visits to this hotel in past six months.

This can't be a 5 stars hotel. No way! My experience in short: - Old sofa with disgusting stains(body fluids). - Netflix and streaming not working. - Hot water tank doesn't enough capacity to fill tub completely with hot water. - Moldy shower. - washing machine constantly broken and stinky. - Long stay manager Sabina told me my checkout was on Saturday, it was actually on Friday. Then reception forced me to pay 5min before a meeting in order to get back in the room. She didn't dare to even apologize or reply. Dear visitors do yourself a favour, stay away from this hotel whatever the price.

Very nice hotel the gym have an amazing view and is very clean the gym attendant Mrs Deepa was very kind and friendly. The swimming pool also good and clean special thanks to Mr Derek he is very helpful. Very good experience I will come again.️

The staff was extremely friendly and Ronaldo from the front desk deserves a special thanks as he arranged a birthday cake for me during my stay. I truly appreciate the kindness of the staff here; a true example of excellent hospitality. In addition, the room was very clean and quite huge. I would definitely come back here.

It doesn't deserve to spend money, because you can stay at much better hotels with same price or even less and better location. The TV position was not in front of bed which you laying down, so the TV will be in right corner of the room The bed was uncomfortable and matt Maximum 3 star hotel In addition few weeks later my family stayed at same hotel and unfortunately they were disappointed

Probably one of the best hotels i’ve ever been to! The rooms are so spacious and the view is incredible, the staff is so caring and welcoming and the rooms are very clean! This hotel was quite close to the airport as well and will definitely stay here next time i visit Dubai :))
