Kindness and reactivity of the staff were amazing. They gave extra attentions to our special requests as it was the birthday of my companion. They did all they could do to make the stay feel the best it could be. We felt the experience was perfect from check-in to check-out. Room is spacious and clean. Gym, swimming pool is great. Breakfast was nice aswell, staff once again there were super. Highly recommend.

My check-in was exactly the way it was shown in the videos on their website. Health drink, sanitization of my luggage etc. The staff at Savoy Central is excellent in taking care of my needs. I had the tiniest item like a SIM ejector tool been provided to me when asked. Morning breakfast is now provided based on selection from a menu(rather than buffet due to the pandemic) and I love the Indian dish of the day and the Indian tea. Many restaurants/grocery stores are nearby and you do not have to worry about food. The house keeping team is accommodative in the time to clean the rooms. Ali Noor in 2nd floor is quite friendly to deal. I intend to stay here for a month. I will update the review if anything changes. My suggestion to the management is to have smoking and non-smoking rooms in different floors. I pickup the smell of smoke in corridors leading to my room and I wish this was not the case. Updates on 23th Mar 2021 ------------------------------------------ Savoy guest relations team arranged to have my room shifted to a different room and my only concern has been resolved. Kudos to everyone at Savoy for listening to Guests. I look forward to future stay here.
Wèékend Staycation: @savoydubai . ️S A V O Y️is located in Dubai’s downtown district & offers Studio rooms with a well-equipped kitchen & is strategically located near to the BurJuman shopping mall, the Dubai Museum & the cultural district of Dubai making it an ideal location for tourists. . Facilites at the Hotel include Swimming Pool, Gym, Sauna & Metros from SAVOY are available at a short walking distance if you are intetested to explore Dubai.. . One thing which was really impressive about @savoydubai was the Social Distancing & Precautionary mesaures being exercised at the Hotel. Highy commendable . Also loved how the facility had guidelines to each & everything including Eatery contacts, TV Channel guidance, appliances usage to add convenience of use to all facilities during your stay. The kitchen was well equipped with all possible necessities & the smallest of things had been taken care of. Customer Service was excellent too ..Absolutely Courteous & polite.. If you have someone visiting Dubai, & looking for cheaper options of Stay with Dubai's old tourist spots near by & metro to explore further, SAVOY is a good option.
We had an unexpected stay in Dubai, needing to be there for 22 nights. The hotel offered a comfortable room with a handy kitchenette and nice rooftop escape. The daily housekeeper was very flexible and friendly, which was appreciated. The room was practical and functional, but there were some areas that could be improved; (1) the light near the bed had a constant ticking sound that could not be disabled, (2) the windows should be somewhat insulated to help lower the sound of the very loud mosque nearby (particularly in the early morning!), (3) Cleanliness was average - some areas were clearly never wiped down over our stay and there were thick dust layers on departure, (4) the kitchen could be better equipped with utensils. We had to buy basic things such as a strainer, small pot and more glasses. We left our utensils and glasses there and hope other guests can enjoy them. The biggest detraction for us was the extremely poor attitude of the reception staff regarding our check out. A late check out time of 4pm is not an unreasonable request, particularly for a guest that has stayed 22-nights, in fact it's standard for most hotel brands. Despite our proactive approach to ask for the late check out the night before departure, and after the reluctant agreeance of the man on duty that evening, we had many unnecessary pushes to get out on the day of departure. This was unreasonable. We also didn't appreciate being blatantly lied to - contrary to what the hotel staff said, the hotel was not fully booked for that evening. To validate this posture I went to make a booking across three websites (including the hotel's website) to find there were many rates available for that night. Overall it's a nice practical place for a long-stay, with simple improvements that could be made to elevate the hotel's brand and attraction to guests.

The kindness and availability of the staff is one of the few things that can be considered good about this hotel/apartments. The whole neighborhood is pretty loud and can get annoying sometimes, especially if you get a room on the first floor like it happened personally. Secondly, the price definitely doesn't mach the quality of the rooms, which seem old and not very well maintained. The presence of some insects in the bathroom and kitchen made it also feel pretty disgusting. In addition to that, especially at night, it can get very noisy: it was possible to hear noises from our neighbors rooms, which I think is kind of annoying. The rooftop swimming pool is definitely a great place where to relax and enjoy a nice view of the city: this would be definitely the thing I most enjoyed about this place, with the kindness of the staff that was always ready to help. The gym was pretty small and not very well equipped. The whole neighborhood, despite the fact of being noisy, offers a variety of beauty salons, supermarkets and different restaurants with delicious food.
I stayed in Room no. 207. Service is good and staff support was excellent. House keeping and cleaning is very good. Very energetic, active and polite service by Ali Noor is worth mention.
Clean studio apartment with nice kitchenette and washing machine. Clean bathroom. Good service. Great brkfst with affordable indian food. The gym is good enough and sanitized. I recommend it.
