I went with my mother and sister for a massage and we all chose the relaxation one. They had different oils you could choose and everyone was incredibly friendly. My masseuse was called Wida and she was amazing. I think it is one of the best massages I've gotten in a long time. Also, the decor was beautiful with perfect amenities all topped off with a yummy moroccan mint tea.

Beautiful spa, spacious rooms for massage, loved their steam room and sauna with contrast cool shower and ice fountain. After all the treatments you can lay down and have some tea at the Relaxation area.

We went to Saray spa at J W Marquis (Business Bay) with a lot of expectations and may be thats why we didn’t have a pleasant experience. We went there with out 1 year old and her nanny who were asked to sit in the lobby. We clearly told the manager Alisha that please inform me or the mother immediately if the baby cries. Instead, the manager sent our baby and the nanny to another floor (pool side) without letting us know. My wife came out to check for our daughter and she wasn’t there. It was so so so unpleasant, our first outing with our daughter and she was made to leave the premises without letting us know, forget asking for our permission. This is when we clearly instructed to be informed in between our spa session. Icing on the cake was that Alisha and my wife ‘s masseuse Dee kept on reminding my wife that the time duration of the spa will continue while my wife waited for our daughter to be brought back from the poolside. Writing about this is giving me shivers again. Saray spa had no rights to take my daughter away from us, away from the premises of the spa, without letting us know. My 1 year old daughter cried her heart out. :( We left our spa in between which we had paid for. Special mention to the ONLY staff member who showed some empathy to us - Sushil.
OMG what an excellent experience, my sister gave me a Spa Package for Sarah Spa and I could say this is the best gift I’ve ever got, beautiful decoration excellent atmosphere friendly staff , professional services and luxurious experience must try out!
This spa is a little piece of heaven. So peaceful and relaxing. Me and a group of friends booked the 300dhs Girl's Day Package, 30min back, shoulder and head (or feet if you prefer) massage, followed by quiet cosy time with refreshing tea and dates. The package lets you to spend the whole day using the spa facilities; sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, ice room and cold water dunk-shower. They have an amazing dim-lit room with a salt bath where you float in the water, but you pay extra to use this. Spacious shower/locker room that includes a hairdryer. And with this package you have afternoon tea at La Farine Café & Bakery. Wow the food and tea selection was delectable. Best spa to take your stress away, either alone or with friends. Totally gets your money's worth.
I didn't try the spa but visited their gym and it is amazing. The lockers are massive and include steam and sauna area. The staff at the gym was friendly and was interacting with every visitor, old or new. The gym has a mix of Life fitness and technogym equipments so you need to be mindful when selecting weights. Its properly divided into three areas - cardio on left with an amazing view, weights in the centre and a small area for warm up and stretching. The weight machines are a bit fancy and it may take a couple of attempts to get used to them. The free weight zone is great and has everything you'll need. All in all a great experience at the gym.
I had a self care day at this spot. and it was one relaxing day! everyone was soo professional and kind and gentle.. the facilities were good everything just on point! Thank you for a relaxing day!!
