Very poor grouting. It was eaten up by big black ants that came out of spacing between floor tiles to rage a stinging war against my kids. Pest control was useless which tells you about the substandard ant control during construction (if it was done in the 1st place). Master bedroom Air conditioning system broke down more than 5 times and due to ineffective solution to remediate root cause of the problem I was forced to go to a hotel multiple time. Very frustrating to pay 150k plus a year on this housing which lacks adequate maintenance that's commensurate with service fees paid by landlord and rental paid by tenant. It seems that safety is priority 0 for maintenance mgmt, if rooms get locked out, you'll be lucky if maintenance staff show up the next day. They have emergency team only for minor air conditioning system issues.
