I am not used to commenting negatively about a company but I and my husband are very disappointed and frustrated, I and my husband were in Muscat he was working in Chilis at the grand mall February 2020 he resigned but until now he hasn't obtained his settlement, we flew in Dubai for our next venture, the pandemic has pasted yet still none responded from both management Oman nor Dubai head office no one wants to entertain our concern whenever we call they keep passing used to a different department which I found unprofessional my husband worked hard he don't deserve to be treated this way nor any employees.. It's very disappointing huge company treat their employees in this humiliation a lot of employees in Chilis Oman resigned due to a bad management system from the operations manager Mr. Atef to the restaurant managers zero yet still the resigned employees are stuck waiting for their settlement.

I am one of the tenants in the family buildings in Al Barsha 1. I have to say, completely disappointed with the maintenance, mold because of the dripping of the A/C through the ceiling, balcony locks broken ( I have a 2 year old child), toilet dripping, bathroom taps old and rusted...All for the price of 78k! After multiple complaints, no one ever did anything. Manager of the building couldn't care less. With this all situation with COVID 19, we asked for the remaining rent to be revised... Emails are answered very rarely, with the negative responses. Main manager from the head office is not responding emails or phone calls... All in all, very very bad response and after living with this company since 2016! Super disappointing!
