My daughter recently did a teens first aid training course and she absolutely LOVED it. The training was incredibly comprehensive and she learnt so much in the 5 hours she was with Magda, the amazing trainer who is also a very experienced registered nurse. The content and delivery was outstanding and my daughter has retained so much that she feels really able to deal with any emergency situation thrown at her. I would highly recommend Safe Hands for any first aid training needs for any age.

Had my First Aid training twice with them and the quality of their training has been consistently comprehensive and their instructors are so professional and knowledgeable. I have learned so much and became more confident to perform First Aid when needed.
Excellent course, superbly executed by a very knowledgeable, qualified and professional team. You think you already know the basics, and you quickly realise that you really don't. I hope to never need these invaluable skills I learnt, but I feel a lot better now knowing the basics.
