Their drivers seemed like they are new to Dubai. Totally ruined our first day of the trip. We were supposed to be dropped to the pick up spot of Hop on hop off tour bus and the driver dropped us to some other place. We waited there for 2 hours and I had to make international calls to get us picked up from the place and drop to the correct spot. Wasted 3 precious morning hours and we could not complete the big bus tour that day. They gave us some upgrade to compensate for this but then the damage was already done. We don't even know if the upgrade they gave was really an upgrade !!

We had 7 days of touring package with them. Out of that, they completely ruined our 2 days, just because of their internal communication mistakes. First incident was, due to extreme rush and long queues, we got delayed to reach back at pick point after Burj Khalifa visit. The rush could have been anticipated. But, no. They denied a cab to us at late night of 11:30 in unknown city. They simply said sorry, that you missed the pick up time. After a lot of quarreling, they provided alternative cab. Second incident was, they dropped us 2.5 hrs late at Ferrari world. We reached there at 3pm. Complete loss of our precious time. We had to skip our lunch to be part of the famous ride. Lunch skipped, every other ride skipped just because Ferrari world closes at 7 pm and they dropped us at 3 pm. I'm burning inside while writing this. Such mistakes can't be compensated. Complete loss of fun, excitement and everything that Dubai travel was meant for. They are not all bad. They are 80% good. But those 20% of mismanagement is enough to ruin your trip.
Royal Arabian tour experience was great. Our guide as chandubhai, very energetic man. He guided and managed so well. He showed and so informative about city tour. Also he was with us for Abu Dhabi .he gave us tickets for Ferrari in good cost. I have family of five. He took care of my mother always. Thanks chandubhai and royal tour. NEVER BOOK WITH ROYAL ARABIAN TOURS There is nothing total about the Royal Arabian tours.We had the worst experience all through out the tour. There is no co ordinator assigned, so u don’t know whom to contact. Everyday day we faced a delay in pick up. No one answers on the whatsapp number they have provided. Right from the first day of our tour, we had to wait for the cab to pick us up as the time provided by the tour is different and the pick up time is always 45 mins late.on our Abu Dhabi tour we had tour guide named Chandu, who was most arrogant guide we ever seen in our life.. instead of accepting the mistake and apologies, he was being rude to us and telling us that it is normal, delays happen and we should adjust. We are on a holiday, and we have to deal with all this then it’s no point in coming on a holiday. Same issue during Dubai mall pick up, we waited for half hour at hotle lobby and then the driver started phone cling up other so another one hour wasted. Even after taking to senior executives from office ,there was no changes. I would say that Royal Arabian Tours are the most Unorganised, Non-Professional and Arrogant bunch of people. The most horrible and worst customer service we have faced in my life. Absolutely unhappy with the total conduct of the tour. Special Mention: the only good thing was the guide we had for Dubai City Tour Mr. Dishant. He was the only one person from the company who was professional and organised. But overall the experience with this tour is non satisfactory and not recommended to anyone traveling to Dubai. They will make your holiday experience most unpleasant experience. NEVER EVER BOOK TOUR WITH ROYAL ARABIAN TOURS
