I have bought a number of exquisite pieces of jewelry from RORO over the years, for myself and for friends - they make great gifts! The jewelry is high-quality, striking (I have received many compliments) and always arrives beautifully wrapped. The customer service is excellent too - quick response time and very helpful. They are happy to answer any questions and take the time to provide advice as well as suggestions for the perfect engraving. It is always a positive experience. I highly recommend RORO if you are looking for unique fine jewelry at decent prices, with great service.

Communication with this company is horrible I tried contacting them on Instagram, Whatsapp, and i even emailed them and called the number on their website and no answer!!! It says the location is in D3 I have been searching for 2 hours i’ve been to all the buildings and yet I didn’t find the shop!! this is really unacceptable and they don’t deserve a single star.

Feel like a scam! Placed an order and made the payment on 7th Jan, no respond whatsoever. Waited over the weekend and still no update. Called, texted, emailed with almost no respond! Gave a tracking number on 10th Jan via email, claiming the items are shipped but when checked with DHL, the company only created/paid for the tracking number but items DID NOT submit to DHL for delivery. Texted and emailed again for confirmation on 12th Jan, including sent texts in Instagram. Still no update whatsoever! Won’t even return the money for the items they claimed are “shipped” (more than AED300!) Should have known if any account that withhold comment in social media is not RELIABLE! Avoid at all cost!
