The best place I could ever find for my dogs. The staff is so friendly and caring. My dogs are so happy to go there and then they don't want to come back as there are many pawmily friends... The playing area is big. The best thing is that they have swimming pool as well. The timings are greater than any other daycare I have seen so far. Last time we got late so they served food to my dogs as well. It's hard to find people like them special with dogs. They are really really caring.

We’ve tried boarding at quite a few places in Dubai and this is our favourite! Very responsive on whatsapp and able to follow on FB live daily (at no additional cost). It’s obvious that Romi takes great pride in the business and cares a lot for the dogs :)

Very caring staff! Great option while traveling away, to leave your fur baby!

Our dog boarded at Romi’s close to 3-4 times over the last year. During his last couple of visits we noticed he was crying and trying to avoid the caretaker and the villa entirely. We had a flight in a few hours and couldn’t do much. But we had a chat with Romi and informed her. We expressed our concern to her about a possibility of misconduct. At the time she claimed she had cameras in all the rooms that she checked herself. I still have the voice notes she sent. A month or so later she posted on Facebook about her staff being caught mistreating the dogs. I was shocked to see her post and ever since, she has avoided us. It is only decent to have called us to inform what happened once she got to know. I cannot now fathom what must have caused my dog to be so distressed about Romi’s. I trusted her to take care of my dog and feel very betrayed. I am not sure how many people have come forward to Romi but I wanted to put this out there if anyone else faced this.
