Always a big fan of their products. However, my low ratings is within regards to their customer service. I called in the Dubai Mall store to ask about a certain product (3 different colors of it). Unfortunately, the sales person was not that helpful. I was asked to send a picture of the product through whatsapp instead of asking me for the product number only. I tried to be understanding and sent two pictures of the product that included all the details including the product number. Instead of the sales person checking on their system and getting back to me whether it is available elsewhere... maybe in MoE or so... the reply I got was "we only have these" with a picture of random wallets in the store now that look nothing like the product I was looking for. I would have appreciated a response within regards to the product that I specifically inquired about and if it was available at their store or another store in the UAE. ... or maybe it could have been ordered from another country? ... or maybe this could've been useful for your marketing, sales, and operations to see what people demand? Expected better.

Products are good but service is pathetic. My clutch which I gave for repairing yet to come. 8 months I'm still waiting . Spent 2300 USD for what ! To use old collection. Please people spend money on LV, DIOR & other luxury brands but not this at least.
