Very reliable and legit agency!!!! Been fixing my flights and visa here eversince! People are so kind thru whatsapp and text messages and when you meet them. But when you are following up for your requests they are kinda rude already. I’ve been passed and passed to different agent and that’s the very similar thing I noticed on them. When you come in their office they are not that welcoming also. Some of them will even look at from bottom to up. The only agent I like is Rey! He’s the best agent, he is police and knowledgeable. He always check you regarding your request and update you on to anything. He is very informative and even after transaction he will take care that everything is under control. Thumbs up for this man!!! Well. As long as I’m getting my things done on time. I’m okay with that. Very competent staff, since all the visas I have applied thru them were processed on time. The staff Alex, always spent time to answer my queries without rushing. They don’t give you false promises and very transparent.
Too quick to respond on inquiry, yet TOO SLOW to process the refund that I have requested. NO UPDATED at ALL. Also, they don't have a fix rate. Different agent, different price, SAME company.
Excellent Visa services. Great prices and super efficient.
The receptionist is rude to us when we arrive to that travel agency no respect at all.
