I have tried the meal plans, the delivery and the healthy snacks and so far, I love them all! It is great to not have to worry if the food I am eating is healthy as I know that all of Right Bite's food is nutritious and natural. Thank you!

Tastes okay. Can try once but expensive. Portion or the qty is okay but didn't enough for me
The food is good however the delivery and customer care are aweful. At 11:30 still no meals delivered for the day and when the driver finally got here, he just dropped the box in front of the door without ringing the bell because he knows he's late, so we didn't know the food arrived and was sitting in front of the door. And this isn't the first time they're late. Their delivery window is much worse than that of other similar companies (between 9 and 11 for my area) and then they're not even able to make that on time so you end up eating breakfast at lunchtime and also if you have to leave the house in the morning don't count on them being on time. My guess is they don't have enough drivers as they're cutting costs so one driver covers too big an area. They have the option to deliver meals the evening before, but why would you go for a day old food. Also, don't go for any special actions, challenges etc. It's a trick where they make things easier for themselves by having the same menu for everyone and you can't choose any meals. Menu is unimpressive, just got a bunch of bread and a tiny bit of eggs for breakfast on what's supposed to be high protein low carb week. Their delivery timeline is even worse during this action period and the price difference vs regular offer is minimal. Also, no action from customer care, no compensation offered and account manager never called to check the progress, see how I like the service and whether I am actually losing weight.
the chicken and avocado sandwich Negative -half of the bread was toasted and had nice grill mark while the rest is just soft and didn't have any grill marks. -the avocado's where not ripe. I subscribed in executive lunch and lost 1.5 kg in 1 week .. I'm enjoying each meal and snack the test is great and the portions are good and the variety is amazing ..although I'm so picky with food .. thank you so much right bite
I tried a small bite from my sisters dinner it was her last day with them it tasted good. The portion size looked good for weight lose. She lost significant amount of weight and she was happy with them. I am planning to sign up with them.
Food quality and portion sizes are great! After-service leaves a lot to be desired. I was planning to renew my subscription for the 3rd time, but was told to pay the outstanding balance first. This was however paid upon signing up for the 2nd round. Instead of apologizing, I received the new payment link. Secondly, I informed them that the delivery bag is waiting for them outside 10 days ago...it’s still there today.
Called their customer service and couldn’t get consistent information. They initially said they deliver to RAK and even provided a value for additional applicable deliver charge and then another person said no they don’t deliver only to Um el Quwain which is less than a 10-15 minute drive. Inconsistent information about the mommy package as well. They didn’t respond on a supposedly live chat on their web site. Absolutely ridiculous service. Why waste money advertising if you will drive people away with your service ! Very poor
