And just when you think you have struck gold with the coaches and the box’s programming, you are blown away by the community who are the most awesome people you will meet. After trying many gyms and boxes in Dubai, I finally found a place that I call home... everyone makes you feel welcome and we have endless amounts of fun in each WOD, the RIG family is the best in Dubai and I genuinely can’t wait to wake up every morning at 5am to see everyone and do the class... finally working out is fun again!
The biggest CrossFit box I have ever seen. You can play football in it like 5 vs 5. There were lots of training stuff that you can get the most out of your exercise. Great coaches, warm and kind staff. I have passed my CrossFit level 1 Trainer course here. Simply I can say this box is awesome .
