I contacted Ride Well Bicycle Trading LLC for a service and we scheduled a pick up date they came and picked up and the following day I received my bicycle whatever was need to be repaired was done. Communication with the customer service was amazing she knows her job and knew what needed to be done. Thanks to my friend who recommended, thanks to Ride Well Bicycle and all the staff. I wasn't disappointed by their service. I'll definitely recommend them for your bicycle service.

Bought a 400 dh bicycle for my 12 year son.... very bad experience. Will break down at the slightest cause. Owner mr. Jince Jose, a difficult person to deal with. Full blame put on usage and even said that since the bicycle is cheap as such this is bound to happen. Said they have to sell cheap versions without any warranty on quality... irrespective whether the user is being put on harms way.
