I used its services to furnish a new shop. They are very professional and responsible. Mr. Mahmoud the manager of the company is a great gentleman indeed. He took care of every detail until the shop is finished. The materials they used were very good as well. They keep their promise when it comes to schedule and timing.

Worst experience ever. Communication with the staff has zero results. Ordered item from them in June. First they couldn’t deliver it to the address I needed , after I asked for refund - it takes ages to proceed it. ( still didn’t get it!!!) No answering on messages or when they finally do that information has no help. Completely useless. Don’t suggest to deal with this company

Delivery issues
This shop had very bad customer service. It seems they only deal with selected customers only. Very very bad. If you don't have a choice then you shop in here but please look elsewhere first.
Good place for urgent time. Steel and shelves. Some items reasonable and customise expensive.
Good line of products but very unfriendly and snobbish front desk staff. You just want to go out and buy somewhere else.
