This is the worst place to buy furniture in Dubai. In one word “fraud” two months after paying cash and being promised the bed will be delivered, they have still not delivered. Extremely unprofessional- would not recommend to anybody!

Worst place to buy furniture from. Cheating and selling very poor quality products. Customer service is extremely unprofessional and the quality of product is very poor. I bought one product and was delivered something else completely. Also they have refused to provide a refund for a mistake they have made and double charged for delivery fees.

WEST OF MONEY, TIME, NEVER BEEN SO MUCH DISAPPOINTED. I would like to share my buying experiences in Home Depot. As a home designer I have many apartments to furniture and thought to choose Home Depot for saving some money but I completely regret. I am not sure from where to start because there was not even single thing went right. I visited the shop and after viewing, agreed in a lot of stuff and items. First when they delivered the furniture most of them came different, not the same as I have selected and most of the items was missing. When you call them to ask, totally no care, they will just ask to go to the shop and take the items yourself and if this was not enough when I went again to the warehouse (as no option) they will just tell that the Items are still in a different warehouse so you have to go again and again, paying many many times a delivery charges. After all the headache, hassle and west of so many time and money, I have try to complete of somehow furnishing the apartment and get the customer in. Did not pas a month and I have received from all my customers a call that the leather started to destroy and looks many year used the furniture smell is so bad ect. Now I have to change everything and have spent so much. The customer service is not responable and never responding. Never have been so much disappointed. I am never person who like to bring a things in to the complaint but this is the worst experience in all my working years and would like to advise, be careful before choosing this place. At the same time I hope they could start to show care and find a solution for their customers who does not taking the things for free but paying for that. Mistakes can happen and you can try to understand but the worst part of this shop is the no one care to help you or find solutions.

Stay away from this warehouse. I'm going to make official complain for this case. They just sold my massage beds without informing me after one month of keeping them. They were lying me about that the beds were broken and they throwed them out, because I didn't answer calls, it's absolutely lie.

Had a really good experience by furnishing my apartment, even though i was very sceptic before i visited shop.They gave me suggestion for a furniture i might put in my studio . i asked them for a fast delivery cos i didnt have much time.i received all items in good condition and before delivery date. I satisfied with service and quality and always recommending this shop to my friends .

Worst service and delivery I’ve ever seen, no respect for customers, I ordered bedroom delayed for delivery missing items and some was broken or defected, lying to customer is their strategy... never seen disrespectful management personnel like this store. Very disappointing.
