They were not respectful of others time and not cooperative during the loading process. They were blocking the way and being rude. General human etiquette and professionalism needs to be adhered to by their staff and driver (Omar). Basic common sense is what is lacking. I have pictures to prove and wish I could attach them with my review. I will never recommend this company to anyone after my interaction with them.

I am really happy to write a review for you as I am so satisfied on your services. I almost kept 2 years of my 2 bedroom household items in Realtime storage and specially Used their AC rooms to keep my paintings and leather sofas. After an year when they delivered it's all is in the same condition except few glass which is broken. But it's not a serious as it is usual on a moving.

Highly recommended. I used them to move my stuff from Dubai to Saudi and they have done an excellent job right from the start of staff behavior, friendliness, taking care of fragile items and packing them carefully taking it all the way till door delivery and unpacking. I was actively updated of the progress. The shipment arrived in less 7 days and nothing went missing or damaged during transit. Their counterparts in Saudi Removals were very helpful too. Feel free to ask for anything more on these guys.

I shipped my furniture from Dubai to Canada - Toronto. The whole process took almost 4 months (Door to Door service); initially i was informed that I'll take 45 days from date of loading the container, but since i took a shared container, they had to wait untill it's full so they can load it and that's where my delay was. It wasn't a problem for me to be honest since i didn't really need my furniture right away. Now talking about Realtime Packers and Movers, they packed every single item in a very professional and safe way (lots of bubble wraps and carton boards) that none of the things i shipped is broken, cracked or dented (TVs, Sofa, side tables, Mirrors, Plates, Mugs, Cups, etc...). Price wise is was really good compared to other companies that I've already checked before i went with RPM. Jaison is the guy who assisted me from the start. Straight to the point, he's the BEST at what he does. He always replied to Whatsapp messages to answer my questions regarding the shipment. And he kept in contact until the shipment arrived to Toronto, where he took care of the whole paperwork with the agent responsible to deliver the shipment. Hats of Jaison! I highly recommend people to use RPM !!!

Packing was absolutely on well standard and it's really kept my items safe till receive it in Pune. There was a small confusion on one item when they delivering but Dubai office rectified it quickly with their agent. In my few years’ experience this is the satisfied relocation service I have seen.
