Mixed ability classes cater for beginners to advanced offering opportunities for progression in the sport as well as general fitness. Affordably priced especially given the calibre of training offered. The gym hosts classes in the morning, midday and evening timings with open access from 6am -10pm. Kids and teens classes are fun and engaging, developing skills in boxing, fitness, confidence, discipline and problem solving. Both girls and boys excel under their coaches guidance. The feedback is always positive and that the class was \fun\. Free trial class or 3 day pass depending on offer. Highly reccomend trying out a box fit and box tech class to find your perfect fit session.

This is the best community gym in Dubai. It's not glamorous - but it feels like home away from home! Lots of different classes for different abilities, and Waleed's Friday morning will stretch anyone... As popular with the ladies as it is with the gents.
Trained in a few different boxing gyms in Dubai, and this is by far the best. Top quality coaches, great facilities and good environment. Highly recommend.
People usually join gyms for three main reasons, staying in shape, improving on an existing skill/sport, or trying something new! I joined this gym for the three reasons above, and whatever I say about real boxing only won't do it justice. From the moment I stepped foot in it. Amazing people instantly greeted me, treated me like one of their own! Ever since then, I honestly fell in love with this place. The coaches are great, the experience is incredible. They will tailor the training to your needs, and they will push you to achieve your goals. In commercial aspects, the pricing is more than fair for the service they provide, and most important of all, they are a family that will always check on you! This will always be my 2nd home! Everything is perfect, the facility, trainers and even the people who come to train hard and improve their craft . Hope one day you will have more boxing technique classes between 9am to 1pm
Great gym, classes are good fun and taken by actual professional boxers so you know you’ve got every opportunity to either learn boxing from scratch or become a better boxer yourself
