I asked the guy to send me the quotation so that I could get the approval from my landlord but he refused saying he has too much work and because of that he believe I must give him go-ahead only by conversing on phone otherwise he don't need my booking.

I waited for them 1:35 min and they didn’t show up, I called them to ask they claimed the driving is stuck in traffic, I called after 1:15 min they stopped answering. I called from another number they answered saying I can cancel it if u don’t want to wait. They r more expensive than other companies and you always have to ask them to clean again. It’s time for a change I think.
