Raycom Engineering Systems (Middle East) FZE has been providing services to the Oil & Gas industry in the Middle East since 2006. Strategically located in the heart of the Dubai Silicon Oasis free zone and operating from a purpose built, unique, regional manufacturing and distribution centre, the company specialises in precision engineering solutions and sealing technology for upstream, midstream & downstream applications in the Oil & Gas sector. Raycom provides a wide range of engineering customised designs and solutions by manufacturing seals and complex metal products. The company has fully equipped and automated precision engineering CNC tuning and milling centres, as well as a state-of-the-art CMM inspection facility. Our in-house design and development capabilities enhance our ability to customise sealing profiles and materials in accordance with our customers’ requirements. Our production facility enables us to produce seals with a diameter ranging from 5mm to 720mm, using CNC seal making machines and supply our customers with special profile seals in non-standard dimensions without any special tooling. Raycom readily has raw materials available such as NBR, HNBR, FKM, FFKM, MQ, PU, CR, PTFE, CSM, PEEK, PPS, UHMW, POM and other special compounds to suit all industry needs. Raycom also manufactures precision engineered metal components using state-of-the-art CNC Turning Centres (up to 3,500mm) and CNC Milling Centres (up to 2,250mm). Raycom Engineering is API & ISO certified for the following monograms: API Q1 (ISO 9001), 5CT, 6A, &-1, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001.
