Not free, it's a rip off, evem on Friday. Stay away from the car parking. Find a regular car parking which is 6 times cheaper.

It is a great initiative to reduce traffic and encouraging people to use public transport. Around 5,6 floors parking facility is available and it won't get full that easily. Weekdays it will be quite difficult to get parking in the first 3 levels since it will be filled up quite quickly. lift and escalators are available from every floor to reach the metro access. Using parking is free here but certain things to be noted and followed for that. First 10 mins parking is free if i am not wrong Most important thing while using this parking is that access to this parking is only via NOL card (metro card), gate barriers are available before entering and the same will open when you are showing the NOL card. Another most important thing is once accessed and if used metro and exiting rashidiya metro station only parking is free. If you use metro and exit from some other metro station and reach rashdiya by some other means and try to exit parking AED 50 will be charged for using parking, only metro users that too users swiping their NOL card last in rashidiya metro station will get free parking. The same metro card used while entering need to be used for travelling and while exiting , if not also the barrier will not open and parking fee will be charged.

Its my favorite. If you have NOL card and daily commuter in Metro or Bus, you can use this parking for free. Huge amount of parking available in this building and direct access to Rashidiya Metro and Bus Station. I am parking my car daily here.
