Rak team, i think its all above time to upgrade your system. Its the third time am fed up with your ATM. Twice my card captured Yesterday everything is fine but i lost my money. It will be returning to me after 15 days. Ma whole money just waved off & am ashamed to say that; when complained to your customer service A very very gentlemen speaking arrogantly. He thinks thats am begging him some money. Please don’t keep such staffs. We are in a tension about our money and ur team is not at all cooperative or not at all friendly.
