Very bad service. As we book a ride for pick and drop from (al fahidi to Atlantis Aquaventure) and we paid full amt of 240 aed to them and they didn't came to pickup at evening sessions around 7.30 pm although we informed them 1.30 hour before but their driver said we came but we were not available so he (driver) went back, such a lier. The fact is they didn't call us and they didn't inform us anything about the guild line. Its complete responsibility of RAF Tourism to serve customers we paid full money and in exchange we didn't get anything. After that we paid extra to Taxi and we came back.
