As soon as you give they payments - they will ignore you, manager will block you on watsapp and calls, the office manager Irhan will not reply to messages, not pick up the calls... They don’t have official email, website, they also don’t share landline number. You need always to ask them for this paper, for another paper and they are very slow or they just can forget about you at all. Because of all of this - me and my family afraid that if there is will be major problem in our villa with ac, water... - they will just block you at all. They say that before you move in they will fix everything, but in reality you give checks and starting move in process and you realized that everything leaking, lights are not working, outside area is full of garbage... eventually after thousands attempts to reach them - they will send one guy, who will fix only few things and after leave saying that he doesn’t have materials and he will come tomorrow, but he will not come of course, and real estate will do nothing. Next time I’ll check all info about real estate in internet before I rent something. I couldn’t find any information about this real estate in internet.
