Please do not approch this agency for anything. They won't respond to your calls. If at all you don't have any option and getting flat with them, before getting the keys check properly , they may tell you, they cleared everything including pest control. But they won't. After getting the keys you need to beg th for the maintenance works and all. So please don't go with them.

Zakria Masood is a fraud and a very dishonest Real Estate Agent. He is a time waster and a thief. Do not get any apartment from him. He is only interested in getting his agency fee. He will disappear imnediately he cashes your cheque. Deal with him at your expense. I promise you that you will regret it! He and Aftab Ud Din will give you the most difficult time of your life. If you want to have unrest and regret, deal with him!
