Just wanted to write a review so that anyone who is thinking of considering this company as a maintenance company won't. I've been living in my current villa for the past year and Prime Square has been the maintenance company that was chosen by the landlord. Here are some of the issues with this company I'm having to this day. - They had multiple no-shows and/or hours of delay on scheduled maintenance. (ie. If they're scheduled to come at between 9AM-12PM, they show up at 3PM, or if they're scheduled at 10AM, they'll show up at 9AM. Or for the worse they'll have a no-show with no phone calls/emails to inform their clients. And the client needs to call them multiple times, then email and then hopefully get a response saying technicians had other jobs and now they're too exhausted to come out for a 9AM job?!) - They won't fix/maintain the problem even after 5 times of showing up. (ie. I had one of the A/Cs in a particular room serviced 5-6 times, and it stops workings/blows just air-humidity not even 24 hours the maintenance team leaves.) - Even if they got paid for a part, they'll take another couple of months of hopefully replacing it with only giving 'being too busy' for an excuse. (ie. Our second water pumped has been paid for the last 4 months, they're yet to come and install it.) - Their management/client customer care is close to non-existent. They'll give you heaps of excuses on why the job wasn't done properly. On the contrary, they have lovely technicians most of the time, and they're genuine about what they're trying to do. They should just scrap the entire customer care/management team if they want to keep clients and earn honest money.
