Great over all experience from customer service to quality of work. Prices were much more attractive than other companies, reception was polite and organized, result of the work was great. We had requested glass cleaning after a storm when they were extremely busy and they not only found time to fit us in, but did so happily with no stress. Highly recommend.

Pls dont ever use this cleaning service. They promise to send cleaners but never show up. Wasting peoples time. If i can give zero stars i would have given that. When they dont send staff, they even dont answer calls. Pls pls dont use this company. I have hired so many cleaners before and this is the worst company ever. Once again im telling anyone who sees this messge, pls dont hire these guys.

WORST cleaning company i ever had experience with!! Save your money time and energy! I have booked for cleaning for 9:00 a.m. and they came three hours late!!!! Definitely will not book cleaning with this company again! such a waste of time!

I have no idea how this company has 5 stars! Must be themselves and friends who have the rating. WORST cleaning company i ever had experience with!! Save your money time and energy! 1. They came 3 HOURS TOO LATE!!! Without even telling! When they arrived out of the blue I was not even expecting them anymore. 2. Cleaners had an attitude, made fun of my instructions where and how to clean!!! Didn’t stopped jiggling and chatting the whole time. They didn’t understand ANYTHING I told them. No English AT ALL. So I had to show with hands and feet’s. 3. they had no cleaning material with them EVENTHOUGH I asked for some!! So I had to order some from supermarket while they were here!!! 4. they told me they finished and wanted to leave - so I checked the kitchen floor as example and it was still completely dirty! I askes them if they cleaned it - they said yes! Asked them why they are lieng and showed them all the dirt. They became upset for no reason and clearly showed it.

The worst service ever, impolite people, can’t manage their schedule, Never came on time. Always lying that something happened to the driver or that they are trying to call but couldn’t reach. Used to be v. good but a newly added supervisor member to the team ruined everything and ruined the company. She is totally impolite, not organized, doesn’t answer the calls, if the cleaners are late she never calls to apologize.
