The worst play area ever, and the WORST manager Rowenna.. she has no sense of customer service and how to talk to customers. She actually asked one of her employees to click my video in a heated argument. When I got my 18 months old to the play area, I was told that everything was closed, including rides, and other play area. Only the soft play area was open. So I requested for only 30 min of playtime. However since the minimum was 1 hour, I paid for it. In 15-20 min my little one was tired and bored as there was nothing much for him to do. There were no toys and no kids.. the entire place was a ghost town... so I went to the manager and asked to only charge me for 30 mins as we were ready to leave in 20 mins. And she started responding very rudely to me. When I asked the owners details, she refused to share the information. She insisted to send an email on their info email. She didn’t want me to escalate the issue. In fact she opened the gates for me indicating me to leave the premises. She used the words “please leave our premises”. This is the worst insult as a customer that I’ve had to face. When I started giving it back to her, she asked her employees to record my video (which is against the law). I called consumer rights to complain about them. And when I was trying to give their license number to consumer rights, she instructed her employee to hide it from me... I regardless logged a complain and I hope the authorities will take it up with the Owner... DO NOT EVER TAKE your kids to this place... their attitude is utter disappointment. No wonder this place is not doing well afterall... I hope the management seriously looks into this issue and replace Rowenna, if they want their business to run well. Because this lady has no respect for customers and is quite vocal about it. Her attitude is quite “DON’T CARE “ and extremely rude and disgusting.

A nice children playground for kids up to the age of 12 years. The place is very clean, organized and the staff are so professional. The place also host birthday parties with different packages. There is also a waiting room for the parents where they can have tea, coffee, refreshments or grab a bite. The play ground is equipped with several toys and games.
