UNRESPONSIVE AND NO ACTION TAKEN I have successfully taken my car with this dealer. Unfortunately I've been trying to get the copy of my Insurance Policy from Ms. Rose, Zeeshan, Joan all of them promised to get back to me with the details. And now that I need to use the insurance, I can get hold of them, please see the SEEN conversations. It may be conversed in Native language but it evident that they are not responding

I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Pinoy used cars. As you can see I gave it a 5 stars rating. I just end up buying Toyota Zelas. I am Abudhabi based and due to the current border lock down situation it was not possible for me to travel dubai for signing and documentation, but the pinoy team made it very easy for me with all documentation and paper works regarding bank and Govt. Just to get my signature on the documents guys used to travel from Dubai to Abudhabi and made the entire process very easy for me. This was a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically I would like to give high praise to Mr. Mohammed from Pinoy used cars. Not only was he extremly genuine and a gentleman to boot, but also a true professional. His knowledge and experience in auto sales was far superior to that of I encountered at other local dealership. His approcah was quiet relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. Pinoy used cars dealership made the entire process quick, easy and painless, there communication from beginning till end was very clear there were no hidden charges final price was exactly as negotiated.
